| Town of Westerly "OurTown" is a theme everyone in the working class town of Westerly, Rhode Island, understands. To help express their unique sense of community, the town chose Kenn to create an outdoor sculpture on the waters of its historic Wilcox Park. Kenn's contribution employs lobster pot buoys as anchors to six-feet tall fiberglass rods. The rods, in turn, are topped with colorful plastic detergent bottle caps that sway wondrously in the wind for every park visitor. |
